Growth Marketing Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for one of our client campanies who can independently drive customer acquisition outbound demand generation and pipeline growth.
This role requires someone who is highly analytical deeply comfortable with technology and skilled in using automation AI tools and multi-channel outreach to create a predictable flow of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
1. LinkedIn Outreach & Prospecting

Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns using automation tools.

Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and build high-quality prospect lists.

Craft personalized messaging connection requests and follow-up sequences.
-
Monitor campaign performance and refine messaging to improve engagement.
2. Email Marketing & Multi-Channel Campaigns
-
Develop and manage automated email sequences aligned with the sales funnel.
-
Create educational and value-driven email content around AI transformation.
-
Run multi-touch outreach combining LinkedIn email and other platforms.
-
Maintain strong email domain health deliverability and list hygiene.
3. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
-
Conceptualize and produce lead magnets (case studies whitepapers audits webinars).
-
Implement automation workflows to move leads from awareness consideration qualification.
-
Book qualified meetings for the sales team and track pipeline progression.
-
Own performance metrics including conversion rates meetings booked and pipeline value.
4. Tools Systems & AI Utilization
-
Evaluate and implement tools for outreach CRM and marketing automation.
-
Leverage AI tools for personalization productivity and performance optimization (mandatory competency).

Maintain documentation for workflows templates and standard processes.
5. Strategy Insights & Collaboration
-
Work closely with the COO to align growth activities with revenue targets.
-
Provide insights on market shifts competitor strategies and customer objections.
-
Continuously A/B test messaging offers and funnels to improve CAC and sales efficiency.

Recommend new ideas strategies and experiments to accelerate customer acquisition.
Requirement
2 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing sales or business development.

Strong command of LinkedIn outreach tools (Apollo Lemlist Clay etc.).
- Practical experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot Mailchimp Pipedrive).

Clear understanding of sales funnels lead magnets and outbound strategy.

Excellent English writing and listening skills; strong copywriting ability is essential.

Demonstrated usage of AI tools for content creation analytics and automation (non-negotiable).

Self-driven structured and capable of independently managing workload and goals.
Preferred Qualifications

Background in B2B SaaS technology or enterprise marketing.

Experience working with mid-sized organizations (50-500 employes).

Exposure to growth hacking A/B testing and data-driven marketing.
