As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Managed Services team you will manage track and coordinate incoming service requests and change activities across multiple client accounts. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. This role is essential for maintaining smooth day-to-day service delivery and fostering relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and track service requests across client accounts

- Lead teams to facilitate smooth daily service operations

- Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and performance

- Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Management Information Technology Operations Management/Research

- 7 to 11 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Understanding of IT service management frameworks

- Proficiency in service management tools like ServiceNow
