Job Title: Sterile Processing Production Coordinator
Location: Elmhurst IL
Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: 58 hrs (40 hrs/week)
Pay Rate: $22$35/hr

Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Sterile Processing Production Coordinator to manage daily SPD production flow and oversee all loaner/consignment tray activity. This role ensures accurate tray processing timely turnaround and seamless coordination between vendors clinical teams and sterile processing staff.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for all incoming/outgoing loaner and consignment trays.
Verify tray accuracy and integrity before/after sterilization.
Coordinate with vendors and clinical partners to ensure timely delivery and processing.
Track and document trays through the full sterilization cycle.
Oversee daily workflow resolve bottlenecks and support production efficiency.
Communicate clearly with technicians and leadership regarding daily priorities.
Provide guidance to Production Technicians as needed.
Maintain communication with hospitals and surgery centers on tray status and schedules.

Requirements

35 years of SPD experience with focus on loaner/consignment trays.
Strong coordination organization and communication skills.
Proficiency with instrument tracking systems.
High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

Education: High school diploma or GED
Certifications: CRCST or CSPDT required
