Pay Rate: $40 $44 per hour
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)for an exciting job in Flagstaff AZ.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care including bathing grooming dressing and mobility assistance.
Monitor patient health status including vital signs (BP temperature pulse respiration).
Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
Assist with wound care dressing changes and other clinical procedures.
Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
Accurately document patient care and observations in medical records.
Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing and medical team.
Provide support with daily living activities and offer emotional reassurance.
Maintain a clean safe and organized patient environment.
Follow all infection-control protocols and facility policies.
Qualifications:
Active LPN/LVN license.
Current CPR/BLS certification (as required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic clinical setting.
