What youll actually do:
- Lead and develop a team who are ready to grow
- Own monthly reporting branch accounts and balance sheets and make them actually useful
- Drive the rollout of a new finance system that actually works
- Play a key role in acquisitions and integrations helping new businesses land smoothly
- Shape the controls environment so its strong practical and fit for purpose
Who you are:
- Experienced with multi-site finance accounting and managing sizeable teams
- Confident signing off management and statutory accounts
- Curious collaborative and unafraid to challenge the status quo
- ACA qualified technically strong but people-focused you know its not just about the numbers
