Build the future of Agentic AI in Enterprise Asset Management

At Ultimo we believe the future of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) lies in intelligent autonomous digital co-workers that help organisations work smarter safer and more sustainably. To accelerate this vision we are launching a dedicated AI Innovation Hub and we are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Head of AI Innovation Hub to lead it.

This is a unique opportunity to shape customer-facing AI innovation from the ground up operating independently from our existing product lines while strongly connected to our long-term product strategy.

Your Mission
As Head of AI Innovation Hub you define and drive Ultimos strategy for AI-enabled market-ready innovations with a strong focus on our Agentic Platform: digital co-workers purpose-built for the EAM domain.

You identify real customer problems experiment rapidly with the market and turn emerging AI technologies into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role focuses on external product innovation rather than internal automation.

What youll be responsible for

Vision & Strategy

• Define and communicate a compelling vision for AI-driven innovation aligned with Ultimos business strategy.

• Own the roadmap for the Agentic Platform and future AI-enabled product innovations.

• Identify new market opportunities use cases and sustainable revenue models.

• Connect AI innovation with our EAM strategy to extend and strengthen the value of Ultimo.

Customer Co-Creation & Market Validation

• Lead customer pilots experiments and proofs of concept to validate AI use cases.

• Build early-adopter programs and external innovation partnerships.

• Translate customer insights into clear product hypotheses and validated concepts.

Execution & Team Leadership

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary AI Innovation Hub (AI engineers developers consultants designers).

• Drive fast learning cycles while ensuring smooth handover of validated concepts to Ultimo and FSI product teams.

• Partner closely with the Chief Architect to ensure scalable future-proof platform design.

Thought Leadership & External Representation

• Position Ultimo as a leader in applied agentic AI within EAM and adjacent markets.

• Represent Ultimo at industry events customer sessions and strategic partnerships.

• Continuously scout emerging AI technologies and trends to inform company strategy.

Qualifications :

What you bring

• 8 -10 years of experience in technology innovation or product leadership including 3 years in AI or data-driven products (agentic AI experience is a strong plus).

• Proven success delivering customer-facing AI initiatives pilots or product incubations.

• Strong strategic and commercial mindset - you know how to turn technology into business impact.

• Deep understanding of modern AI technologies (LLMs agents orchestration frameworks generative AI).

• Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling skills from executive leaders to customers.

• Experience thriving in agile experimental environments focused on learning and validation.

• Bonus: familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or enterprise software ecosystems.

Education

• Masters degree in Computer Science AI Data Science Engineering or a related field.

• MBA or executive education in innovation or strategy is a plus.

• Reports to: Chief Product Officer

• Works closely with: Chief Architect Product Leads (Ultimo & FSI) and external partners

• Leads: AI Innovation Hub (5 -10 FTE in the initial phase)
