Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

Position Overview
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with extensive experience in software packaging Windows environments CADD support and ProjectWise administration. This role requires strong technical leadership troubleshooting expertise and effective cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Windows Desktop/Server Active Directory scripting MS Office (15 yrs).

• Create test and validate SCCM software packages (10 yrs) including Bentley applications.

• Prepare vendor software develop batch/PowerShell install scripts and deliver packages for Software Center testing.

• Coordinate testing with technical leads business users and project managers; resolve deployment issues.

• Troubleshoot cross-application issues and support end-user installations.

• Manage AD groups for CADD support; research hardware needs.

• Document processes follow quality standards track issues/risks and provide accurate status updates.

• Support CADD/plotting workflows (OpenRoads OpenBridge MicroStation) and manage workspace resources in ProjectWise and district servers (5 yrs).

• Package and distribute public-facing CADD workspace resources; assist partners with implementation.

• Administer on-prem ProjectWise environments (multiple 3-server setups) including SQL database maintenance project setup access controls workflows and upgrades.

• Collaborate with Digital Delivery Security Server and SQL teams on partner onboarding permissions and secure external access.
