Job Title: Material Handler II

Shift: Monday Thursday 8:00 PM 6:30 AM
Pay Rate: XX17.50XX XX1.50 shift differential (XX19XX total)
Experience Required: Cherry Picker & Reach Truck

Job Summary

The Material Handler II is responsible for safely and accurately picking packing palletizing and moving product within the distribution center using RF systems and material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Pick pack scan label and process orders using RF/Voice systems
Build re-build shrink-wrap and stage pallets for shipment
Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments using WMS
Operate material handling equipment (Cherry Picker Reach Truck Forklift etc.)
Verify order accuracy and ensure proper packaging
Follow SOPs GDP safety quality and housekeeping standards
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Complete required training and maintain equipment certifications
Assist with inventory movement and cross-training as needed

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED 2 years of relevant experience
Proven experience with Cherry Picker and Reach Truck
Ability to obtain Forklift Certification
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment
Basic RF scanner and documentation skills
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Physical & Work Conditions

Frequent standing walking bending lifting and reaching
Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment
