Job Summary
P2-C2-TSTSETL Tester is responsible for validating the accuracy completeness and reliability of data as it moves through the Extract Transform Load (ETL) processThey ensure that data integration workflows and pipelines meet business and technical requirements through rigorous testing and quality assurance practicesETL Testers play a critical role in maintaining data integrity in data warehousing business intelligence and analytics business requirements and data mapping documents to design test cases for ETL and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for validating data extraction transformation and source-to-target data validation and reconciliation to ensure data data quality checks data profiling and exception handling to identify ETL performance data volume and scalability under various closely with data engineers developers and business analysts to identify issues and drive track and manage defects using defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA)SkillExperience with ETL testing in data warehousing in SQL for complex data queries joins and validationFamiliarity with ETL tools suchStrong understanding of data modeling database concepts and relational databasesExperience with test management and defect tracking tools..
