First Line Technician

Manhattan

Temp to Hire after 90 days

16.33/hr

My global client is looking to hire a First Line Technician to provide Tier I service for their ATMs! This is a great opportunity for a trade school grad to build their career! In this role you will provide maintenance for ATMs retail point of sale equipment plus related PC and PC peripherals. The First Line Technician will receive an extensive training period working directly with their mentor.

Requirements of the First Line Technician:

Able to pass a background check

Able to pass a drug test

Clean driving record

1 year PC experience

1 year Windows experience

General understanding of PC PC peripherals and network connectivity

Responsibilities of the First Line Technician:

Prioritize and plan service calls

Complete equipment cleanings as specified by client contracts

Perform minor maintenance on ATMs Tasks: replacing light bulbs card reader belts air filters etc.

Perform basic installation functions

Perform technical fixes

Functions of the First Line Technician:

Contact customer with the estimated time of arrival Escalate problems when appropriate Reassign calls when appropriate Review call history Accurately report service data

Pulling cable mounting devices installing Mas-Hamilton locks

Clearing paper jams card jams bill jams etc.
