Join Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte as a Main Line Technician where your expertise and skills will play a key role in delivering exceptional automotive services. As a valued member of our team you will work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment to ensure that every vehicle leaving our service center meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles including oil changes brake repair tire rotations and engine diagnostics.
- Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using industry-standard tools and software.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Stay current with manufacturer updates and technical training to continuously improve skills.
- Ensure all service work complies with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an automotive technician preferably in a dealership environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
