OBGYN Hospitalist Medical Director opportunity in Westwood NJ
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated medical director to launch and lead our brand-new OB/Gyn hospitalist program in Westwood New Jersey (Bergen County). In this pivotal role youll oversee a skilled team of OB/Gyn physicians and drive excellence in womens healthcare for the community.
Position Highlights:
- Lead a growing OBGYN hospitalist program with the support of a national organization
- Enjoy true work-life balance and schedule flexibility
- Access CME drills and simulation training for continued growth
- Benefit from 24/7 anesthesiology and neonatology support
- Work alongside dedicated community OBGYN backup
- Additional medical director stipend
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
- 24-hour in-house shifts; full-time is 6 to 8 shifts/month
- No billing or coding responsibilities
- Protected practice model with paid professional liability insurance including tail coverage
Compensation is an estimated base salary range of $328000 to $383000 annually. Full-time clinicians are eligible for an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include health dental and vision insurance short and long term disability and employee assistance program.
