As a COO at Edgewood youll be a key member of the executive leadership team of our healthcare division.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and operational leadership for our clinical services lines
Drive clinical excellence regulatory compliance and patient satisfaction
Lead initiatives to expand services grow census and enter new markets
Oversee day-to-day operations of primary care clinics home health hospice and outpatient therapy departments
Regularly travel to our different locations

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Nursing or related field required
Masters degree (MBA MHA or MSN) preferred
Five years of healthcare leadership experience including multi-site or multi-state operations
A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
Passion and drive for helping others
