As Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will provide dedicated support for a range of priorities across APMEA particularly as they relate to talent attraction strategies recruitment processes and working with all levels of management and candidates.

About The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing recruiting and sourcing strategies and techniques for all assigned roles. This will include direct sourcing job posting optimisation agency and 3rd party vendor management recruiting marketing channel development job board procurement and other talent management initiatives.

• Partnering with key stakeholders and HR Business Partners to understand and deliveron talent acquisition needs.

• Developing and managing processes for talent benchmarking talent assessment and interviewing.

• Acting as a Brand Ambassador for Convatec including developing employment marketing initiatives referral programmes and university relations for the local region.

• Effectively manage external agencies and vendors driving performance and capabilities to ensure successful relationships and outcomes.

• Ensure adherence to best practice recruiting policies and processes including internal recruitment that will contribute to a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

About You

To be successful you will have:

• Demonstrated volume recruitment experience across a diverse range of roles and functions

• In-depth knowledge and experience of a wide range of sourcing and recruitment strategies including direct sourcing methodologies social media channels and the use of agencies.

• Proven project management recruiting and stakeholder management experience able to influence at a senior level preferably from an in-house background in a matrixed global organisation with varied cultural perspectives.

• Strong understanding and appreciation for the value of the candidate experience and employer branding.

• Effective communication time management and organisational skills

• Strong relevant technology experience and capability.

• Language Skills: Additional languages (such as Japanese Korean Chinese Thai etc) will be considered an advantage and add value to the role.
