Job Summary
Working Cleaning Supervisor- 30hrs per week Ladywood School
Enhanced DBS is required

At Samsic UK we pride ourselves on providing high-quality and reliable cleaning services to a wide range of clients from small businesses to large corporations. As a Working Cleaning Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients spaces are maintained to the highest standards while also leading and managing a team of dedicated cleaning staff.
30hrs per week Monday to Friday 5am to 8am & 2:30pm to 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a cleaning team providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assign and delegate tasks to ensure that all areas are cleaned in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and consistency in cleaning standards.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Operate the waste room
Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
