Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Financial Data Analyst to join our Heart Failure division at the EMEA & APAC headquarters in Zaventem. This role is key to enabling commercial and financial leadership to make data-driven decisions that impact the business units success.

What Youll Do
Review and optimize existing reporting frameworks for centralization and simplification.
Design and implement reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel.
Consolidate and analyze large complex data sets for HQ and regional teams.
Maintain reporting systems and act as the main contact for data inquiries.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to regional and global management.
Support financial analysis including sales margin and SG&A reviews.
Drive data accuracy transparency and standardization for better decision-making.
Participate in improvement projects and provide training/documentation.
What Youll Need
Degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or related field.
Experience in business and financial analytics.
Advanced skills in Power BI Excel and SQL.
Familiarity with SAP ERP and Hyperion Planning/Essbase preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work with large complex data sets.
Excellent business partnering and communication skills.
Fluency in English; self-motivated and proactive.
