We are looking for a passionate Java Developer with 610 years of experience to join our dynamic product engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and enhance enterprise-grade applications in HCM (Human Capital Management) modules.
• Work closely with industry-leading engineers and architects to build scalable secure and performant solutions.
• Contribute to the design and development of AI agents and AI-driven workflows within enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain SaaS-based modules with a strong emphasis on scalability multi-tenancy and high availability.
• Participate in end-to-end product development focusing on robust architecture clean coding practices and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management QA UX and DevOps.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solutions to enhance application reliability.
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java Spring/Spring Boot REST APIs and Microservices.
• Solid understanding of data structures object-oriented principles and design patterns.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile product development environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on product development with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of HCM domain or enterprise business modules.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or integration of AI agents in applications is a plus
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
