- Experience working as a Registered Home Manager within a care home setting.
- Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or Nurse qualification.
- A valid drivers licence and access to a car.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- A track record of improving quality ratings or achieving strong regulatory outcomes.
