What Youll Need

• Experience working as a Registered Home Manager within a care home setting.
• Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or Nurse qualification.
• A valid drivers licence and access to a car.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for high-quality older adults care dementia care and palliative support.

• A track record of improving quality ratings or achieving strong regulatory outcomes.
