Then bring your outstanding skills in business partnering problem solving and communication to support our Chief Digital & Technology Officer (CDTO) and his leadership team on their strategic agenda!

Preferred location for this role is Billund Denmark. Optionally this role can be based out of Copenhagen Denmark with the expectation of frequent traveling to Billund.

Core Responsibilities

As part of the Strategy & Transformation function you will become a member of our wider team of Strategy Partners that are supporting our Executives. The role reports into the Senior Director Strategy Partner CEO and works closely with the Director Strategy Partner CDTO.

Specifically you will:

  • Work with the Strategy and Digital Leadership Teams to drive the digital strategic agenda of the LEGO Group.

  • Support the preparation of materials on behalf of the CDTO that go to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors for input and / or decision-making.

  • Support CDTO on ensuring that Leadership Team meetings are run well and with preparation ahead of senior meetings.

  • Ensure strategic initiatives progress and track well.

  • Translate the Digital strategy into clear communication that support the CDTO to engage the entire organization on the digital agenda.

  • Collaborate with the other Strategy Partners and across functions to drive critical projects to deliver the digital agenda.

  • Constructively challenge and provide sparring to senior leaders on strategic challenges to improve leadership decisions.

  • Support the Digital Leadership Team to ensure alignment and mobilise for execution across the organisation.

You will work closely with the Strategy and Digital Leadership Teams as well as with the broader organization. As an individual contributor you will support the Strategy Partner CDTO in facilitating the CDTO regular meeting cadence and support the Digital Technology strategic agenda while also engaging with other functional areas to drive cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end thinking.

Do you have what it takes

The successful candidate comes with a Masters degree in Economics Business Administration/ Management Engineering or a similar field combined with minimum 6 years of professional experience.

This includes:

  • Broad experience working for a top tier consultancy or similar; digital functional expertise and experience working cross-functionally in an international company is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills enabling you to structure documents and quantitative analysis turning them into convincing storylines and presentations for executive level interaction.

  • Ability to break down complexity and communicate it to executive leaders and a large organization.

  • Top-notch quantitative and analytical skills that allow you to extract logic insights and meaningful conclusions from complex business problems.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global colleagues including working with different cultures in different time zones and in different formats (online and offline).

  • Business partnering skills at senior leadership level and an ability to build a strong network within the organization.

  • A can do-attitude to ensure things are acted upon in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in English is - both in writing as well as orally.
