Could you be the full-time Planning Manager in Copenhagen were looking for


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your time management and project planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.

Youll ensure the execution of the Customer project schedule contributing significantly to our on-time delivery performance. Your skills and experience in effective resource management methods and techniques will be key to successful project and programme delivery. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers Engineering team Installation team Quality Safety) organize project schedule sessions and much more.

Youll specifically take care of monitoring project progress through updates lead performance follow-up with proper KPIs but also capture any external events that could impact timelines and provide forecasting and lookahead planning to meet the needs of your stakeholders.

Well look to you for:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate project schedules

  • Efficiently managing planning deliverables

  • Resource management application across complex projects

  • Facilitating synchronization of internal stakeholders with Project Management team strategy

  • Applying the Alstom Project Scheduling Process

  • Contributing to the return of experience (REX) and improvement initiatives

  • Developing and sharing best practices and ideas

  • Potential for mentoring daily management and delegation of tasks to project planners

  • Engineering or Technical degree (or equivalent)

  • Senior planning management experience with an industrial background

  • Experience in Primavera P6

  • Railway experience is an asset

  • Effective communication skills with internal teams and customers

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage multiple tasks with multiple stakeholders

  • Some experience of day-to-day delegation and management of tasks within a project planning team
