Headquartered in Copenhagen Denmark Stillstrom is an international team of 30 professionals working at the forefront of maritime electrification. We design fabricate test and deploy innovative offshore charging systems for vessels operating in offshore wind farms and other marine environments.
The Role
We are expanding our Delivery Team and are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the execution of our offshore charging projects. You will play a central role during development fabrication installation testing and commissioning phases ensuring projects are delivered safely on target to the required quality standards.
The position is based in Copenhagen Denmark. You will report to the Detailed Engineering and Delivery Manager and work closely with colleagues across product development engineering procurement operations and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead (client) projects through development fabrication installation testing and commissioning of offshore charging solutions
Manage project scope schedule budget and risk to ensure timely and successful delivery
Oversee management of complex multi-partner projects including budget monitoring and audit-ready reporting in coordination with finance
Manage suppliers and partners contributing to the project
Coordinate fabrication testing and delivery activities across onshore and offshore locations
Ensure compliance with offshore (safety) standards regulatory requirements and internal quality processes
Act as the primary project interface towards clients and key stakeholders
Identify assess and mitigate technical and project risks
Plan and manage resource allocation in coordination with internal teams partners and subcontractors
Conduct site visits FATs and inspections to monitor progress quality and readiness
Collaborate closely with product development engineering procurement operations and external partners
Support the Procurement team in defining scopes of work for subcontractors and suppliers
Represent Stillstrom in meetings with clients partners and authorities.
Requirements
Masters level Engineering degree
Minimum 8 years of project and/or program management experience preferably within the maritime or offshore industry
Strong understanding of offshore safety requirements and regulatory frameworks
Solid technical background with the ability to interface between development engineering and execution
Strong leadership organisational and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems
Willingness to travel as required to support project activities
Experience with publicly funded projects joint industry projects and/or industry-academic collaborations is a plus
