Responsibilities:
Create UX patterns that clarifywhycampaigns performhowads are delivered andwhichsignals drive optimizations
Translate high-level product vision into detailed workflow models for advertisers operators and measurement users
Define UX north stars andexperience blueprints for critical user journeys and surfaces includingcampaign setup optimization and insights
Lead end-to-end UX for ad-tech features: campaign planning forecasting targeting bidding creative approvals reporting
Translate decisioning logic (such ML ranking relevance models budget optimization algorithms) into explainable UI surfaces
Represent complex mechanics (auction behavior pacing spend forecasts) through insights notifications and visualizations a marketer can understand
Leverage your influencetochampion user-centric outcomes within and across product experiences
Partner with engineering to map dependencies (e.g. logging ML-driven optimization surfaces inventory systems).
ProactivelyidentifyUX risks in campaign management or measurement areas and propose alternative design paths.
