Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Ridgecrest CA 93555
Duration: 19 Weeks
Shift: Day 4x8-Hour 8:45 AM 3:10 PM
Pay Rate: $40$45 per hour
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicianfor an exciting job in Ridgecrest CA.
Schedule & Hours
MondayFriday (5 days per week)
8:45 AM 3:15 PM (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
30 billable hours per week
Work Setting: In-person only
Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention strategies aligned with individualized student plans.
Provide direct behavioral support in classroom and school environments.
Accurately collect track and report behavioral and educational data.
Collaborate with teachers supervisors and school personnel to support student development.
Follow all school district and program policies and procedures.
Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification at the time of submission.
Active CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification.
Ability to work onsite at the Ridgecrest CA school location.
Candidates located in California preferred; out-of-state applicants will also be considered.
