Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Cleaning Technician to perform residential and short-term rental cleanings. This role requires attention to detail consistency and the ability to follow established cleaning systems and checklists. Training is provided for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and work ethic.
Responsibilities
Perform residential move-out and deep cleanings
Complete short-term rental and Airbnb turnovers
Clean kitchens bathrooms floors dusting and detailed surfaces
Follow company cleaning standards and checklists
Work independently or as part of a small team
Maintain professionalism in occupied and vacant homes
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Reliable punctual and dependable
Physically able to clean for several hours
Comfortable working in various home environments
Able to follow instructions and systems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required
Requirements
Valid drivers license
Reliable transportation
Smartphone for scheduling and communication
Authorized to work in the United States
