Job Summary
Compass Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian for the CRAFT Program at Altus Air Force Base Oklahoma. As a Registered Dietitian in the CRAFT program you will empower aircrew with personalized nutritional strategies to enhance endurance cognition and recovery. You will provide support to personnel via education and consultation services to optimize aircrew health and performance. Also the dietitian contributes to the development and execution of the performance nutrition curriculum assessments and program improvements.
This position may be filled as a full-time W-2 role or a 1099 independent contractor position depending on candidate preference and organizational needs.
Job Duties:
Conduct performance nutrition education and consultations.
Develop and implement individualized dietary strategies.
Contribute to curriculum development and instructional delivery.
Collaborate with the Human Performance team and maintain documentation.
Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Education/Degree:
- Bachelors degree from an ACEND-accredited program.
Certifications:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
- Current CPR and AED certification.
- Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation). Please visit the following link for more information:
- years of full-time experience as a Dietitian.
- Familiarity with federal healthcare regulations and best practices is a plus

Compensation
- Pay structure will differ based on employment type (W-2 vs. 1099)
- Full-time employees may be eligible for company-sponsored benefits
- Independent contractors (1099) are compensated at a higher hourly rate and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits
