Position Summary:

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing complex business processes identifying system requirements and working closely with development and product teams to implement technical solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the analysis and documentation of complex business processes and workflows.
Develop and document system specifications and functional requirements working closely with functional teams including product design risk fraud amongst others.
Work closely with product and engineering team to design test and deploy new systems and enhancements.
Monitor system performance troubleshooting issues and ensure optimal system functionality

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
2-4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in financial services / fintech (preferably)
Strong technical documentation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Start-up experience as an added plus
