Position Details
Role: Junior Analyst Business Operations (IT Support)

Role Overview
The Junior Analyst Business Operations will work within the Application Support Team to ensure timely resolution of issues reported by users.
The ideal candidate will be accountable adaptable and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
You will report to the Manager Application Support and be part of a multi-functional team supporting internal and external partners.
General Duties & Responsibilities
Resolve queries raised by branch teams
Analyze business processes and requirements
Create and maintain process documentation
Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
Key Deliverables
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within defined timelines
Provide support for in-house applications
Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration
Continuously enhance knowledge through self-learning
Ensure SLA compliance
Core Competencies
Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
Capability to deal with variable and unstructured situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in project environments with internal external and customer teams

Requirements
Educational / Technical Requirements
Graduate Degree in Computer Science Information Technology BSc-IT
Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Table VLOOKUP Import Range Functions) Google Sheets
Must have knowledge of SQL/MySQL
Candidates with backlogs are not eligible
Important Notes
Strong English communication is mandatory
Open to Graduate Freshers only (2024 & 2025 pass-outs preferred)
Mumbai candidates preferred (especially Western Line)
No virtual interviews Walk-In Only
Immediate joiners or candidates with 30-day notice preferred
