Job Overview:

GlobalFoundries is seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer to join our team in a hybrid role that combinesanalog/mixed-signal IC designwithverification responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone passionate aboutpower-efficient mobile systemshigh-performance analog blocks androbust mixed-signal verification methodologies.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Design and simulateanalog and mixed-signal circuitsincluding LDOs bandgaps oscillators and switched-cap circuitsetc.
• Develop and executemixed-signal verification plansusing SystemVerilog Verilog-AMS and behavioral modeling.
• Collaborate with digital layout and system teams to ensureseamless AMS integrationand top-level functionality.
• Performcorner Monte Carlo and transient simulationsto validate design robustness across PVT.
• Supportlab bring-up silicon debug and correlation of post-silicon results with simulations.
• Contribute toDFT/DFM strategies including analog test hooks and production test plans.
• Participate intapeout execution including LVS/DRC signoff and layout supervision.

Required Qualifications:

• BSEE/MSEE in Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience inanalog/mixed-signal IC design and verification.
• Strong understanding oflow-power design techniquespower management circuits and SoC integration.
• Proficiency inCadence VirtuosoSpectreAMS Designer andmixed-signal simulation tools.
• Experience withSystemVerilogVerilog-A/AMS and scripting languages likePythonorTCL.
• Familiarity withadvanced CMOS nodesandlayout-aware design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience withdigitally assisted analog designandbackground calibration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work incross-functional teams.
