Job Summary

Company 2IC at Capt rank within a training Company at East Midlands UOTC overseeing the administration and training delivery of a Sub-Unit within a Training Establishment.

Deputise for the OC Wing in his absence
Assist with the planning and conduct of Module Trg and PO training and examinations
Development and career advice to officers under command
Maintain and promote military discipline values and standards
Maintain training records and provide written reports for Wing personnel
Ensure Wing equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard
Other training and administrative duties as directed by the OC Wing
