Job Summary

Coy 2IC responsible for providing command leadership and administration to the Sub-Unit as directed by the Officer Commanding.

Support the scheduling of Sub-Unit tasks.
Coordinate and administer operational areas within the Sub-Unit.
Ensure that Sub-Unit readiness and capabilities are maintained including appropriate training of personnel.
Oversee Sub-Unit health wellbeing and welfare.
Manage the career development of Sub-Unit personnel providing career advice and opportunities for personal development.
Manage the training of Sub-Unit personnel.
BPT to cover the OC and conduct future tasks as direct by BHQ or the CO.
