Service - What you need:
- 1-2 years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
- Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
- Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
- Experience with: variable speed units mini splits replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors handling refrigerant etc.
- EPA Certification Nate preferred
