Job Summary
This is a hands-on field role offering long-term stability growth opportunities and industry-leading benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose repair and overhaulsupermarket refrigeration systems includingrack systems compressors condensers evaporators and controls
Service and maintaindisplay cases walk-in coolers/freezers ice machines and refrigeration equipment
Perform preventive maintenance to identify mechanical or operational deficiencies before system failure
Test malfunctioning systems using electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Complete service calls efficiently while exceeding customer expectations
Perform general HVAC and refrigeration repairs including air conditioning units gas furnaces motors and pumps as needed
Accurately complete work orders service tickets and maintenance documentation
Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle
Participate in an emergency on-call rotation
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Trade school or vocational certification preferred
Strong experience insupermarkets or convenience store refrigerationpreferred
Working knowledge ofrack systems single systems display cases and walk-in boxes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods
Willingness to participate in emergency on-call coverage
