In this role you will be working as an Architect for a client that works in the MEP/building construction industry. This position is responsible for reading construction documents and making sure large commercial/industrial size buildings are up to building codes. K-12 is also helpful.

This position is a contract to possible perm position role that is a long-term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

They pay on this position is $35.00 to $55.00 an hour and based on level of experience.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree or experience is preferred
Can have a background in General Building (for commercial or industrial projects) Architectural or MEP
Ability to make sure buildings are adhering to MD building codes
Construction drawing experience
AutoCad and Revit are preferred
