Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design:
- Design and implement enterprise SharePoint Online and hybrid solutions aligned with business security and compliance requirements
- Define architectural standards best practices and patterns for and Azure integrations
- Lead technical decision-making across collaboration content management and workflow platforms
Development & Integration:
- Architect and develop custom SharePoint solutions using .NET (C# Web API)
- Design and oversee SPFx solutions custom web parts extensions and integrations
- Integrate SharePoint with Azure services (Logic Apps Functions App Services Service Bus APIs)
- Ensure solutions are scalable performant and maintainable
Azure Cloud & DevOps:
- Design cloud-native and hybrid architectures leveraging Microsoft Azure
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines automation and infrastructure as code
- Monitor and optimize solution performance availability and cost in Azure
Data Governance & Compliance (Microsoft Purview):
- Implement Microsoft Purview for data classification retention eDiscovery and information protection
- Define governance frameworks for content lifecycle management security and compliance
- Partner with security legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders
- Mentor developers and engineers on and Azure best practices
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and roadmaps
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience with SharePoint (Online and/or Hybrid) architecture and development
- Strong .NET development experience (C# REST APIs)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture
- Experience implementing Microsoft Purview for data governance and compliance
- Expertise with SPFx Power Platform integrations and Microsoft 365 services
- Strong understanding of security identity (Azure AD) and enterprise governance models
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a consulting or enterprise environment supporting multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Power Automate Power Apps and Power BI integrations
- Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Azure Developer)
- Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications
- Experience with large-scale migrations and modernization initiatives
