The Position

As a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) you will drive innovation and lead initiatives that improve patient outcomes across the healthcare system. The Opportunity

• We are looking for two Patient Journey Partners - one for Ophthalmology and one for Ηemophilia. The location of both roles is Athens.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Roche and key partners building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships across the patient journey.

• Partner with healthcare professionals organizations and advocacy groups to identify and address challenges driving strategies that improve patient outcomes and speed of care.

• Oversee the lifecycle of Roches products ensuring appropriate use and communicating their benefits clearly to healthcare professionals.

• Leverage deep insights into the patient journey to advise and influence Roches strategy with a focus on improving patient experiences.

• Collaborate across functions within Roche to bring in the vital expertise and resources to deliver value to the patient journey.

• Ensure positive impactful engagement experiences for partners when interacting with Roche employees products and services.

• Lead innovation efforts to develop new solutions and experiment with ideas that contribute to improving patient care and advancing Roches mission.

Who You Are

Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in the pharma industry prior experience in the respective Disease areas will be considered a strong advantage.

• Comprehensive understanding of patient journeys using Roches portfolio and expertise to build forward-thinking solutions.

• Strong customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills enabling you to bring together diverse teams for impactful results.

• Entrepreneurial problem solver always looking for new ways to build value and drive meaningful change in healthcare.

• Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization medical and customer experience excellence

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific economic or business field with an advanced degree (Life Science or MBA) considered a plus.

• Fluent in Greek and proficient in English with a strong ability to understand and use digital tools and innovation methodologies to enhance patient care.
