Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing various office supplies such as fruits stationery and IT equipment in close collaboration with the IT department
  • Assisting in negotiating contracts and pricing with office vendors together with the Head of Business Service Organization and the Procurement team
  • Acting as the main liaison with facility management vendors (cleaning catering security)
  • Coordinating Health & Safety requirements including onsite fire protection trainings and regular equipment inspections
  • Providing general support to visitors and managing parking spaces during high-level visits
  • Assisting in organizing in-house and off-site events such as celebrations parties and conferences
  • Handling reception functions and ensuring a welcoming office environment
  • Receiving and reviewing invoices from office vendors ensuring correctness and completeness
  • Playing a key role in maintaining the seamless and effective operation of the office

This is a temporary position based in Prague Jinonice and no relocation assistance is provided.

We are happy if you already have:

  • Experience in administratition/office management/facility area
  • Experience working in a business service center especially in an international setting.
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Fluency in both English and Czech.
