Job Summary
The Uftring Auto Group is expanding our award-winning service teams!
We have a thorough but FAST hiring process!
The Subaru Technician diagnoses maintains and repairs Subaru vehicles performing tasks like engine repairs transmission work and electrical system troubleshooting while adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND RANGES BETWEEN $25 TO $30 AN HOUR.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine work requested on repair orders.
- Diagnoses and perform repairs including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
- Road test vehicles to quality check.
- Attend shop meetings and keep abreast of manufacturer training.
QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:
- ASE certification or equivalent required.
- Technician experience with a major automotive manufacturer required.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Must be organized and able to work unsupervised with good judgment.
- Provide own tools and toolbox.
- Must possess a valid IL drivers license with an acceptable driving record.

SCHEDULE:
- Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm
- One Saturday per month from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- The compensation for the Subaru Technician begins at $25 to $30 an hour and depends upon experience.
