In this role youll manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and contribute to employer branding initiatives that make a difference.

What Youll Be Working On
Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job specifications.
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Early Careers entry- and mid-level positions.
Designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Creating compelling job advertisements and managing online postings.
Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels including social media job boards referrals and local partnerships.
Assessing candidates for skills experience and cultural fit.
Conducting interviews and collaborating with HR and hiring managers to evaluate candidates.
Managing the offer process including preparation negotiation and extension.
Building strong relationships with candidates hiring managers and HR partners.
Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in our ATS (Phenom and Workday).
Continuously improving recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and satisfaction scores.
Representing the company at recruitment events and identifying opportunities to enhance our employer brand visibility.
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
Fluency in Spanish Portuguese and English
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for entry- to mid-level roles.
Familiarity with sourcing tools social media platforms.
Ability to thrive in a matrixed geographically diverse organization.
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry.
Working knowledge of Workday and other applicant tracking systems.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate relationship management tools.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
