Analytical Lab Supervisor - Night Shift

This position works out of our Casa Grande Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Youll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
What Youll Work On
Lead and mentor a team of 2 analytical lab professionals providing coaching guidance and performance feedback.
Set priorities and allocate resources to ensure timely and accurate completion of laboratory projects.
Foster a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement within the lab.
Coordinate and monitor laboratory activities to ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and regulatory standards.
Oversee analytical testing processes ensuring accuracy efficiency and compliance with established protocols.
Perform and review technical tasks such as preparing reagents conducting routine analyses and validating results.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity for all laboratory activities.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in an analytical laboratory environment with leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and laboratory best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
