Technical Coordinator

As part of the Security Tools and Platforms team we are responsible for developing and supporting a company-wide secure administrator management access solution for on-prem and public cloud environments. We are part of the Security and Compliance team that provides support and developmentservices for internal securityincident responsePIM PAMPSMand management access networks to ensure secure controlledaccess toVivictahostedenvironments andservices.

As a Technical Coordinator you will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of different parts of our Unified Management Network platform. You will be working together with architects consultants product owners project managers and other technical specialists from Finland Sweden Norway and Czech Republic.

For this role we expect you to have:

• Previous experience in an IT company preferably in security or cybersecurity department.

• Understanding how a network operates and how network devices are managed.

• Previous experience and understanding of ServiceNOW logic and flow.

• Creative problem-solving abilities understanding of processes and knowledge of SCRUM framework.

• Ability to work with other teams architects product managers and owners to refine and optimize the current platform components for performance and security.

• Good level of written and spoken English.
