DescriptionAs an Intern - Customer Experience - technical support here at Honeywell you will gain hands-on experience in enhancing customer satisfaction and improving overall customer interactions with our products and services. This role will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and contribute to projects aimed at optimizing the customer experience and Honeywell fire products adoption.
You will report directly to our Sr Sales Manager and youll work out of our Prague location on a Hybrid work schedule. Youll be in contact with our team of tech support professionals and with our customers. This falls under our BA division who is a leading provider of fire alarm solutions in Czech republic.
In this role you will impact the organization by assisting in the analysis of customer feedback identifying areas for improvement and supporting initiatives that result in increased sales and customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support project designers and give tech support to installers.
- Help to create competitive quotations for our external customers.
- Provide technical support for product related quarries.
- Assist in analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of customer experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer interactions and satisfaction.
QualificationsKey skills and qualifications:
- Motivation letter is strong advantage
- University student in electronic electric safety engineering or related technical field.
- Able to work 20 hours per week.
- You have very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written) with advanced knowledge of legal English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Fully IT literate and skilled in MS Office applications.
- Based in Prague hybrid model.
