Job Summary

As a Senior Coordinator Admissions and Scholarships you will:
- Lead the charge in HDR admissions & scholarships shaping opportunities for researchers worldwide.
- Drive excellence with efficiency and impact ensuring every students journey is seamless and rewarding.
- Inspire and mentor your team unlocking growth through collaboration and constructive feedback.
- Forge powerful partnerships across faculties and institutes becoming a trusted voice in research success.
- Be a change-maker championing innovation and modern solutions that align with the universitys bold vision.
In a typical week you will:
- Engage with diverse stakeholders analyse challenges and implement inclusive solutions while adapting as needed.
- Monitor progress and risks re-prioritise tasks and overcome barriers to achieve excellence.
- Coach and encourage innovation helping others challenge assumptions and adopt inclusive forward-thinking practices.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration building ethical alliances across the university to achieve shared goals.
- Tailor services and drive improvement using feedback and continuous learning to deliver high-quality outcomes.
To be successful youll have:
- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise in a university environment higher degrees by research or student services environment.
- Experience with university governance.
- Experience in dealing with confidential materials and sensitive matters.
