About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Digital Product Owner (Website) to join our Digital Content & Website Experience this pivotal role youll be accountable for business performance and digital customer experience across our websites with a focus on AAMI Insurance and CTP product.
Youll lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless innovative digital journeys that uplift digital sales service and claims. Youll champion the growth and optimisation of digital experiencesdriving initiatives such as SEO/LLM optimisation A/B testing personalisation and page redesigns. Using data-driven insights youll lead significant change and embed continuous improvement.
What Youll Do
- Drive Digital Performance: Develop and deliver a strategic roadmap for website enhancements to optimise customer journeys and business outcomes.
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Manage website assets from backlog prioritisation to delivery in partnership with Technology squads and supporting teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and unite diverse stakeholder groups to deliver outstanding website experiences.
- Performance Analysis: Translate analytics into actionable improvements that uplift digital sales service and claims.
- Change Leadership: Lead large-scale change initiatives and coach team members to lift capability.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure all activities operate within governance frameworks and risk appetite.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in business digital technology or related field (highly regarded).
- 3 years experience in digital product ownership or website management with measurable results.
- Skilled in interpreting analytics and translating insights into meaningful product improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
- Strategic thinker with deep understanding of digital best practices and customer experience.
- Agile delivery and project management expertise.
