First (Days)Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and facilitating enterprise-wide projects. Directs implementation of multi-departmental medium to large scale projects. Manages project through Project Management Lifecycle. Leads project meetings with business partners; Identifies documents and prioritizes scope changes and facilitates approval process. Sets and manages expectations with resource managers and team members. Manages operational and tactical aspects of the project. Creates an effective team environment build strong relationships solving problems and issues in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization. Develops work plan structure and project schedule to meet delivery timelines. Manages and updates project plans; maintains risk actions issue and decision log. They will facilitate resolution of issues and escalates as appropriate. Conducts project lessons learned and close-out activities. Manages a minimum of 2-3 concurrent projects.
