How Youll Make an Impact

Drive digital transformation projects aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.
Implement smart factory solutions for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance.
Configure program and troubleshoot PLCs for seamless machine communication.
Develop automated dashboards for production KPIs and performance analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve OEE.
Integrate MES SCADA and ERP systems for streamlined operations.
Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Support IT/OT convergence and cybersecurity best practices.

Your Background

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Automation or related field.
3 years of experience in manufacturing automation and digitalization projects.
Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial communication protocols.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau).
Familiarity with MES SCADA and ERP integration.
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills; project management experience is a plus.
