Product Analyst

RRVL One Tech is hiring a skilled and dedicated Product Analyst to join our team. If you are passionate about driving product success through data possess 2 years of relevant Analytics experience and thrive in the fast-paced world of online e-commerce we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will own the entire performance analysis cycle from Ideation and Impact Estimation to Tracking setup and final Impact Analysis. This is a critical role focused on using data to influence product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up measuring and tracking metrics for product/functional performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with Product teams to validate hypotheses through data including designing and measuring the impact of A/B experiments.
• Becoming the domain champion developing a clear data-driven understanding of how users interact with our product.
• Building strategic partnerships with Product Leaders Managers Designers and Engineers.
• Conducting a review of analytics implementation to ensure the collection of high-quality data.

Qualifications & Skills

Candidates must have proven experience in Product Analysis and meet the following mandatory criteria:

• 2 years of relevant Analytics experience preferably in online e-commerce with specific 2 years of product analyst experience.
• Proficiency in SQL Excel/Google Sheets and BI platforms (e.g. Tableau).
• Demonstrated ability to structure analysis and generate relevant insights to achieve business and product goals.
• Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking problem-solving skills and a high level of comfort with numbers.

Additional Requirements

• Bachelors Degree (preferably Engineering).
• Proficiency in using AI-powered tools (e.g. for data analysis insight generation automation and documentation) to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Understanding of Google Analytics tracking and event tagging.
• Understanding of concepts in quantitative user behavior analysis (e.g. segmentation trends cohort analysis).
