Job Summary
Candidate Profile & Core Competencies:
- Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP Successfactors spcecifically the HCM/Employee Central module and position management.
- HR Life Cycle: Must understand the end-to-end business process from “Hire to Retire”.
- Strategic Thinking: Capability to perform cost vs benefit rationalization for system changes rather than just technical execution.
- Roadmap management: Experience creating and managing a product roadmap and handling stakeholder expectations.
