Job Summary
Internal Medicine Physician (IM)
An Internal Medicine Physician is needed in Panama City Florida.
Titan Placement Group invites you to join a thriving coastal city that combines relaxed living with a growing healthcare need. Panama City is known for its warm climate white-sand beaches and a supportive close-knit community. This position is with an established outpatient medical practice committed to delivering exceptional primary care in a collaborative and team-based environment.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range of $195000 to $210000 annually (based on experience)
- Health dental and vision insurance
- 14 paid holidays annually
- 15 days of PTO (vacation sick and personal time)
- 6% 403(b) retirement plan (3% base contribution)
- 457(b) plan company matches 50% of contributions up to the IRS maximum (must be on track to max out 403(b))
- CME allowance $1500 per year (can be used for CME licensure and DEA expenses)
- Up to 5 additional admin days per year for CME activities
- Relocation assistance $1000 available
- Malpractice insurance fully covered
- Full support staff
- No nights no weekends and no call responsibilities
- Onsite provider role (no remote work)
Responsibilities
- Full-time MondayFriday schedule
- Target patient volume: 16 patients per day
- Perform comprehensive assessments diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance disease prevention and treatment plans
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
- Excellent communication clinical and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care
