Roles and Responsibilities
Lead organization that partners with all Gas Power Aero New Units Upgrades and Steam Power regions to develop and implement a standard forecasting process and DMR (Demand Management Review).
Incorporate business line input as validation & support to all regions for the DMR
Own the OFS CapEx Process for tooling expenditure justifying overall spend required and championing with the Finance team.
Partner with the sales product line and FIELDCORE teams to understand new developments and sales opportunities that could impact anticipated volume. Develop a process to incorporate this into the DMR process.
Partner with the engineering and product line teams to identify ensure inclusion of fleet risks and forecasted forced outage impact to anticipated demand
Provide leadership visibility to anticipated demand by Pole sub region and roll up globally forecast and work to influence balance of work across outage seasons and drive fleet profitability trade-offs.
Develop and lead FIELDCORE global process team to develop and implement a standard SMR (Supply Management Review)
Partner with FIELDCORE finance Gas Power finance and the leadership teams to develop and implement a standard IRR (Internal Reconciliation Review). Ensure key business challenges are understood and addressed and drive operational actions to closure.
Build a feedback loop to compare forecast supply and financials with actuals and take corrective actions to improve accuracy.
Ensure alignment and standardization across all sub-regions is maintained
Drive process & systems continuous improvement for the S&OP process.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science.
> 10 years of operational experience
Strong people leadership skills
Experience working with global teams
