Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Leader to join our growing team in Chicago. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to grow into leadership positions through hands-on learning structured training and close collaboration with experienced leaders. The Trainee Leader will gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations while developing the skills necessary to manage teams projects and client relationships effectively.
Responsibilities
Participate in structured leadership training and development programs
Support daily operational and strategic activities across departments
Assist in planning coordinating and executing internal projects
Collaborate with team leaders to improve workflows and performance
Contribute ideas that enhance efficiency quality and team engagement
Demonstrate accountability and professionalism in all assigned tasks
